He is a dynamic leader who has demonstrated his ability and skill in leadership, strategic planning, change management and operational line management at a global and local level. In the last 6 years Rob has been central to a major change management project responsible for shifting the strategic focus of the company into a specialty pharmaceutical player. He has proven himself to be effective leading headquarters functions and local operations, has demonstrated significant success in launch excellence, market access, medical affairs and KOL development at the senior level.
